epicwin8 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the epicwin8 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated digital services operated at epicwin8.win.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any registered account holder or visitor using the epicwin8 platform.
• "epicwin8" / "We" / "Us" / "Operator" refers to the entity holding the international gaming authority licence under which the epicwin8 platform operates.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile and associated wallet held on the epicwin8 platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated balance held within a player's epicwin8 account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on the epicwin8 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-deposited promotional credit applied to a player's account by epicwin8.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the epicwin8 platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or accessing any gaming product offered through epicwin8, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the epicwin8 Privacy Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and current.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming products on the epicwin8 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may register only one epicwin8 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or IP address may be suspended without prior notice.
• You must provide a valid email address, full legal name, date of birth, and Malaysian mobile number during registration.
• epicwin8 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill.
• Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the epicwin8 Privacy Policy.

4 Eligibility

The epicwin8 platform is restricted to eligible players only. You represent and warrant that at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. epicwin8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will suspend any account found to belong to an underage individual;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not accessing the epicwin8 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of the household of any employee of epicwin8 or its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the epicwin8 platform or had your account suspended under Section 10 of these Terms.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your epicwin8 account credentials. You agree that:

• You will not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person;
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you;
• You will notify epicwin8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• epicwin8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• epicwin8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, accessible through the Account Settings section of the platform.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the epicwin8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• epicwin8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and instant bank transfer services.
• epicwin8 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside epicwin8's control.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform, typically under 15 minutes for standard requests. Requests requiring KYC verification may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending identity verification, ongoing investigation, or compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• epicwin8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the epicwin8 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, Mix Parlay) are published within each respective product section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where explicitly provided for under applicable game or event rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, epicwin8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.
• Winnings from each settled bet will be credited to your epicwin8 wallet promptly following settlement.
• For sportsbook events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement will follow the published rules applicable to the sport and event type in question.
• epicwin8 reserves the right to impose individual or account-level stake limits at its discretion, including following any pattern of play that the Operator determines to be inconsistent with recreational gambling.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

epicwin8 offers promotional bonuses and offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published with each promotion:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal of any associated winnings. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, payment method, or device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• epicwin8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that the promotion is being abused or circumvented.
• Any winnings generated through the abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation — may be forfeited in full.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the epicwin8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts;
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or accepting third-party funds for wagering;
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or software to interact with the epicwin8 platform;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style products;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the epicwin8 platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward epicwin8 staff or other players.

10 Suspension & Termination

epicwin8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of applicable law;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account termination for cause, epicwin8 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where termination is at the player's own request with no outstanding compliance issues, the available balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the epicwin8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data, is the property of epicwin8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any epicwin8 content without express written authorisation from the Operator.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• epicwin8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied;
• epicwin8 will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform;
• epicwin8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the claim;
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by epicwin8's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Responsible Gaming

epicwin8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. As a licensed operator, we are required to provide and actively promote the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits settable from Account Settings;
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the epicwin8 platform, accessible via Account Settings or by contacting support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of epicwin8's international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute between you and epicwin8 arising from or in connection with these Terms:

• You should first contact our support team via live chat to seek informal resolution;
• If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by epicwin8's licence authority;
• epicwin8 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or formal dispute process.

15 Amendments to These Terms

epicwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to your registered email address. Your continued use of the epicwin8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
